Hi Holdol and everyone...I love pumpkin bread...I am from Michigan and this time of year is so cool to go to an apple orchard and get freshly squeezed cider with fresh donuts and go for a hay wagon ride. But, I love it here in the south too for I have really grown fond of grits and shrimp

Betsy, that sounds super yummy! I'm going to have to try that soon, I LOVE pumpkin. Thanks :) Have you ever had pumpkin bread or muffins? Oh so good...

If you are a pumpkin lover it's good to add some pumpkin to oatmeal and also to yogurt. The honey yogurt is good with the pumpkin and also if you have plain yogurt you can add some with a bit of honey if you'd like with a dash of nutmeg. All different ways to try it.

Since it's fall, on the east coast anyway, my mind has been on pumpkins, apples and all the gorgeous changing leaves! I've been in the mood for carrot cake, so I thought I'd share a lowfat recipe with ya'll :) Check it out in the discussion area above...enjoy!

Quick question: Has anyone here been told to avoid tonic water? Apparently it has the same sort of side effect as grapefruit- due to the Quinine.

Yo Holdol, thanks for the yummy snack ideas :) I look forward to the new tasty dishes. I paid a visit to your wall and what a story you have. Waking up not even knowing you had a liver transplant! How quickly things moved, quite something. I see you were in aus for the transplant games, that's awesome! I'm really hoping to make Sweden in 2011. Stay strong and Positive :)
