- No i am not joining team so cal but thing says I had to join group before I could leave comment so anyway...just wanted to tell you all and the ones I met that it was great. I now have my very own team so cal and I'm now and have always been a fan of your team...thanks again!

Last call for the Racquet ball team and the swimming team!!!!
We need to put in orders for uniforms. Swimmers, if you don't want to swim with sweat pants and some "not cool" outfits, we need to hear from you! You may contact myself or the Zach and let us know your thoughts! What about the other Racquet ball player? Where are you? Cannot even email you! Contact me ASAP. We nned to finalize uniforms! Harry up.

I'm really excited to be apart of Team SoCal. I love my cycling teammates.
Unfortunately, as one of the co-captains of the swimming team, I haven't heard anything back from the other swimmers in two emails I've sent to them.
Maybe I should put a video up here to show them how bad I can be to make them feel better about signing up.
We have a strong cycling team and I look forward to competing against other great teams from all over the U.S., especially Team Florida.

U.S. news organizations say President Barack Obama plans to announce his new strategy for Afghanistan on Tuesday evening, during a prime-time television address.
The reports say the president is most likely to back a plan to send between 30,000 and 35,000 additional U.S. troops to the country.
The top U.S. and NATO commander in Afghanistan earlier this year told the president that up to 40,000 troops are needed to combat Taliban and al-Qaida militants in the region.
