- What is your city / state and country of residence?

- How are you touched by transplantation?
- I am a Recipient
- If you are a recipient, what type of transplant did you receive?
- Kidney
- Recipients: In this space, feel free to list those you are grateful to for receiving the Gift of LIfe:
- With this gift I was able to come off of dialysis after being on it for 6 1/2 years. I was 16 for my first transplant and 33 for my 2nd.
- If you are a recipient, what type of donor did you receive your Gift of Life from?
- Deceased Donor
- If you are a recipient, when did you have your transplant(s)?
- I received my kidney transplant Sept 30th 2007 but still had to do dialysis til Nov 14th 2007 as kidney transplants are not always what you expect them to be. I feel the same now as when I was on dialysis but that is because I was stable on dialysis. Yet after my first kidney transplant when I was 16 it was like night and day! Oh boy what a difference!! I was hoping this time would be like that time .. but I guess each time is different.
- What is your principal transplant med(s)?
- Prednisone, Rapamune and Cellcept.
First transplant it was Prednisone, Cyclosporine, and Imuran.
- What is your hospital and, or doctor's name, city / state and country?
- I had my transplant done in London Ontario Canada.

- I help run an Awareness site with a girl who just had a kidney transplant weeks before her 21st birthday. Her site is **Changed because it seems no one wants links to sites that have awareness items for sale on them**

- Nelson told me about it and I had no idea who he was or that he ran this. He wants people to have a place to connect with others who have been there or are going through the same things.

So you know, for others to see your response to their comments, you have to hit "comment back" under theirs. Otherwise it gets posted on your page below and they don't get prompted of your response.
And yet there are google ads to the right of this right now as I type this saying to buy organs over seas .. go figure ..
Sad to say but I will stick to my site instead when it comes to information for products on Organ Donation Awareness that donate 50% of profits to medical foundations.
hope u r doing fine, dont let ur moral down, things will be definetly better, best of luck for windsor games.
