Marshall Spencer Liver Transplant Updates - Lina Spencer

Well we're into the start of day 2 of my wife's post trasnplant life. We got the call friday afternoon - Friday the 13th has never been luckier!. Surgery began Nov 14 at approx noon and Lina (my wife) was back up in the ICU by 6pm or so. They tell me there was no bleeding and the surgery went off without having to use any blood. This is my first posting in quite some time. The last 6 months I have been waiting for different things to happen and it has been both an exciting and frustrating time. Hello Everyone, I am new here so I just wanted to introduce myself. I had my liver transplant 16yrs ago in October. My name is Reagan and I live in Virginia. At 7 weeks my parents found out I had Biliary atresia. They did except me to live to the age of 2. I did great until the age of 10 or 11 and my liver started to fail. Terri Lynne Liver labs not so good, yet again

I really was thinking positive and was sure numbers would be better this week, I kept telling myself that. I go today, had labs and visited with friends who were also their getting labs. Today was a great day. I come home, coordinator calls me says numbers are high again and even higher than before so I get to go back again next week for labs and MRI. I am not going to let this get to me though. I can handle this. The other test about my disease wont be back for a week. Continue
